Goddess roots are tumeric, ginger, and horse radish. No need to peel, just grate right in.
For herbs: think flowers and tea herbs especially
Take all ingredients and combine.
Seal and leave out for three months, outside of direct sunlight if possible
Shake it up occassionally.
After three months: strain it out and jar up again. Enjoy!
