Place meat & veggies in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade over the top. Seal bag and let sit in the refridgerator at least one hour.
Brush grill basket with olive oil. Fill with veggies and meat and grill over low heat, stirring and flipping often.
Hint: Start the veggies grilling 20 minutes before you start the meat. Add the meat at the 20 minute mark and all will be finished grilling at the same time. {meat cooks faster than veggies}.
