Suggest a better descriptionCook pasta and set aside. Cook andoulie sausage in a large skillet. Set cooked sausage aside. Use drippings to cook chicken and shrimp. Return sausage to skillet. Add tomato, onion, red peppers and cook until warm (just a few minutes). Set aside. Melt butter in same saucepan. Add cream, hot sauce, cilantro, and chili powder. Let reduce until slightly thickened. Add meat mixture and vegetables back to sauce and toss. Serve over pasta.
