A match made in heaven! Crispy shrimp, a sweet and spicy Asian-style sauce, and corn tortillas. Its a fiery twist on a classic dish.
1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the frozen shrimp in a single layer and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you don't have an air fryer, cook shrimp according to package instructions.
2. While the shrimp are cooking, add all of the sauce ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
3. After the shrimp are cooked, toss in the sauce and transfer to a plate.
4. Serve the firecracker shrimp on top of tortillas topped with jalapeno, radish, cilantro, and a spritz of lime. Enjoy!
