Tastes just like the delicous chicken you buy from your local firehouse fundraisers.
In a blender or food processor, blend marinade ingredients. Reserve 1 cup of mixture and refrigerate. Will make enough to marinate approximately 1 cut up chicken.
Marinate chicken for 2 hours (or overnight) before grilling.
Grill over medium/high heat for 30-45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Baste chicken with reserved marinade while grilling.
Keep a spray bottle of water nearby while grilling to spray flames down.
