Salmon on a bed of rice
1. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice on fish (skin side should be up).
2. Chop onion and garlic.
3. Microwave peas for 7 minutes. Preheat oven to 350.
4. Oil up pot, put on med-high heat.
5. Fry onion and garlic, add spices.
6. Add peas and dry rice.
7. Add water. Allow water to boil away.
8. Set timer to 30 min.
9. Turn off rice when timer is done.
10. Fish may need to be in the oven for 45 min.
