Suggest a better descriptionWith gloves on, put seafood in a bowl and mash with fingers till all broken and almost a paste. Add all other ingredients except crackers and mash together with fish. Pour in crushed crackers and mix together. It should be a firm consistency. Divide into quarters and pat out into 4 patties. Cook in iron skillet with 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. (Melt butter and heat skillet before putting patties in). Flip patties as necessary and brown on both sides.
