Suggest a better descriptionPlace fish, potatoes, butter, parsley, seasoning and 1 egg in bowl and mix with a fork
Chill in fridge for 30 mins
Turn mixture out on floured surface and roll into long cylinder
Cut into 8 portions and shape into flat rounds
Dip cakes into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs (could freeze at this point)
Fry in hot shallow fat until golden brown
(If frying from frozen - 5 mins each side)
