Easy to make spicy recipe. Can you used as a side for steamed rice/dosa/idly.
1. Add oil to a pan and bring to hot.
2. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves and stir
3. Add Onions and saute until onions are light brown.
4. Add tomatoes and stir till it is boiled and mushy.
5. Now add all the spices - Chile powder, coriander powder, pepper and salt to taste and stir well.
6. Add the tamarind puree and also fish and keep the pan closed for 10minutes.
7. Switch off the pan and add the grated coconut and stir well.
Serve with hot steamed rice.
