1. Heat oil in a large fry pan, add onion and curry powder and stir over heat for 1 minute. Add coconut milk and Oyster sauce. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in mix fish, lemon juice and peas and continue simmering for 3 – 5 minutes until heated through.
2. Meanwhile, cook noodles in a pan of boiling water until tender, then drain. Add noodles to mix fish curry sauce and stir over heat until combined.
