1. Dry fish thoroughly on paper towels before placing in a glass baking dish.
2. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper in a microwave-safe glass measuring cup. Cook on high power (100%) for 1 minute, until butter is melted. Stir.
3.Arrange fish fillets in a glass baking dish, with thickest portions toward the outside edges of the dish.
Pour sauce over fillets and cook on high 6 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
Serve 3 to 4.
