Peel, chop Sweet Potato put to boil for 10 minutes. Meanwhile Grate carrot and celery put in caserole pot along with all other ingredients. Season, Add Parsley or other herbs of choice. When Sweet Potato is soft, drain, mash and top the fish pie. Cook at 180 for 45 minutes. Yum
Add grated cheese on top of the sweet potato.
