In a medium bowl mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper.
Add fish, tossing until coated. Marinate for 15 minutes.
To make slaw, mix mayo, lime juice, cilantro, and honey.
Add cabbage, corn and jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet. Take fish out of marinade and season with salt and pepper, then fry.
Let fish rest 5 minutes before flaking.
Grill tortillas then assemble tacos.
Good with a little chives on top.
