1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place fish fillets over a cookie sheet. Rub Oaxaca Cooking paste over fillets until fully covered. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
3. Meanwhile heat tortillas in a skillet. Wrap them in aluminum foil, and then wrap them in a thick towel to keep them warm.
4. Place a piece of the fish on top of each tortilla and let people garnish with the rest of the ingredients. Provecho!
