Combine cilantro and jalapenos in a blender or food processor and blend until chopped. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
Tacos: Season tuna with coriander, salt and pepper. Heat grill pan over high and coat with cooking spray. Sear tuna until brown on the outside but still pink in the middle. Slice into thin strips.
Stir together cabbage, mayo, and lime juice.
Heat tortillas and serve.
