Suggest a better descriptionPour Yoshidas, olive oil, lime juice, and garlic powder in a large zip lock bag. Shake until well combine. Add fish and shrimp. Leaving a small opening in bag, press out as much air as possible. Marinade meat for at least 4 hours flipping half way through.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove fish from bag and place on a tin foil covered cooky sheet. Cook fish until done allowing time to put shrimp on cooky sheet 1/4 to 1/2 through cooking time (cooking time depends on thickness of fish. Shrimp will take about 5 - 8 minutes to cook through). Pour out marinade. When finished, pull out of oven and flake fish.
While meat is cooking, stir together Ranch dressing and Chipotle Tabasco sauce.
Serve fish and shrimp with tortillas, sauce, and a fresh mango salad.
