Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Prepare fish as desired. Wrap tortillas loosely in wet paper towels and heat in microwave on medium-high for 1 minute. For each taco, place several pieces of fish in a tortilla. Top with sour cream mixture, avocado cream, cabbage, and red onion, if desired.
Avocado cream: Push guacamole through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl. (this will make the guacamole very smooth). Whisk in cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with fish tacos
