2. Puree the fish fillets in a food processor. Season with salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg.
3. Add the butter, eggs, egg yolks, and chopped tarragon and parsley. Puree until smooth.
4. Add the cream and mix well. Pour the mixture in a lightly greased loaf dish (or baking dish).
5. Cover the top with an aluminum paper. Place the terrine dish in a baking tray with some water. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
6. Let it cool for an hour before serving.
