1 garlic - 2 cucumber 2 tomatoes- 1 med onion. Half red pepper. Salt pepper
Olive oil sherry or wine vinegar and wAter! Blend all-. Add crumbled soda crackers at the end
Chop and Blend well adding oil and either sherry or red wine vinegar to taste ..... a dab of lemon never hurts either :)
Chill and serve
