Suggest a better descriptionCut pork into 2x1-inch strips. In a medium bowl, toss pork strips with soy sauce, sherry, sugar, salt, five-spice pwder, and cornstarch until evenly coated. Let stand 10 minutes. In a wok, heat oil over high heat until smoking. Add pork and stir-fry until done, about 3 or 4 minutes.
