Suggest a better descriptionIn 12" skillet, heat 2 T Butter on med-high heat. Season the pork chops with 3/4 t Five-spiced powder and 1/4 t Salt.
Cook Pork 5 minutes or until browned, turning once; transfer to plate.
Add 5 Sliced Plums to skillet; cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Stir in pressed garlic clove, then 1/4 C Seasoned rice vinegar, 2 T soy sauce and 1 Tablespoon brown sugar; cook, stirring, until simmering. Return pork to skillet; cook 1 minute or until cooked through. Stir in the green onions. Serve
Needed more brown sugar, and sweeter plums!
