Combine oil and 5 spice in shallow dish add pork and turn to coat, cover and set aside to marinade.
Heat pan add pork, cook 3-4 mins, turning until golden transfer to tray, and roast in oven for 12-15 mins, or until cooked. Cook rice, spray a wok, add onions, stir fry for 2 mins add ginger, and mushrooms, add sugar snap and magne tout, cook. Add rice and tamari and toss for 1-2 mins serve.
