Sweet-tart and refreshing.
This cocktail is not for the faint of heart! Leave out the vodka if you would like a "lighter" drink.
1. Take two of the basil leaves and place each in one compartment of an ice cube tray, then fill the tray with water and freeze.
2. Lightly crush the other basil leaf in the bottom of a glass.
3. Place the two ice cubes in the glass.
4. Pour the vodka and cherry juice in the glass, then top it all off with the Prosecco. Enjoy!
For a kid-friendly version, replace the alcohol with lemon lime soda.
