Pour sugar into saucepan on medium flame.
Heat until golden.
Pour melted mixture into round baking pan quickly.
Heat over at 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese until smooth with hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time.
Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract.
Pour this mixture over the melted sugar.
Place this pan into a larger pan and add 1/4 inch of water to allow to cook correctly.
Place in oven at let cook for about 1 hour.
Refrigerate overnight when done,
When ready to serve, run butter knife along edges of pan to help un-mold.
Place service plate over the pan and flip upside down. This will allow the melted mixture to be onthe top to create the proper flan.
Cut and enjoy.
