Suggest a better descriptionIn a large recloseable plastic bag, place flank steak, diced tomatoes with green chiles, garlic, and bay leaves. Seal bag and turn several times to coat. Place bag in 13" x 9" pan. Refrigerate turning occasionally, 8 hours or overnight.
Heat broiler. Remove meat from marinade, remove bay leaves; reserve marinade.
Place meat on broiler pan. Broil 7"-8" from heat source 6-8 minutes on each side, basting with reserved marinade. Allow steak to rest and slice thinly against the grain.
In medium saucepan, sauté garlic in butter 1 minute. Add wine and chiles. Mix corn starch into beef broth and slowly whisk into the pan. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
Add 2 tablespoons of warm sauce to sour cream; mix well. Add sour cream mixture into sauce. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes just until sauce is heated through. Do not overheat. Spoon sauce over sliced steak.
