Ask butcher to run the steak through tenderizer twice. Mix all marinade ingredients together and put the steak in a ziploc bag. Marinade for 2 days, rotate if possible. Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning once or twice. Cut on diagonal into thin strips and serve.
