Mexican Flat "Pattie" Enchiladas
Mix Masa, Cottage Cheese, Yellow Cheese, Salt, Baking Powder, & Egg. Make into hamburger size pattie. Deep fry.
Combine Oil, Flour, Garlic Power and Red Chile. Brown and add water. Add more flour to thicken.
Top with Beans, White Mexican Cheese, Green Olives, Green Onions, & Lettuce.
