Turn Oven on to 420. Saute mushrooms with EVOO , salt and pepper. Cook and drain Itialian sausage. Lay crust on cookie sheet brushed with Olive Oil. Spoon Sauce lightly on crust. Sprinkle with Cheese. Add toppings. Cook for 7-9 min checking frequently.
