Use dough from 5 minute bread to make this.
Put some flour on cutting board. Cut off a section of dough (1/2 of the size of a roll), and place on flour. Turn over so both sides are coated. Roll out. Heat medium skillet on medium-high. When a drop of water sizzles on it, add dough. Cook 1 minute or till bubbles, and then another 1 minute or so on the other side.
