Shred beef and combine with all but tortillas. Cook on medium high heat on stove top for 5 minutes. Soften tortillas in hot oil. Place 2 tablespoonsful of meat mixture in center of each tortilla. Roll up ad bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
1 pint sour cream
2 tablespoons Mexican Seasoning (Schilling Brand)
1/2 cup picante sauce
Mix all and chill.
