Mix together flour, flax seed sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients and mashed banana alternating to egg and oil mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin tins.
Combine topping ( nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon) and sprinkle over batter. Pat down gently into batter.
Bake at 350 F for 55-60 minutes.
