Mix cake and pudding mixes together and add 3/4 cup water and next 4 ingredients.
Blend, then beat 8 minutes at medium speed.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Spread part of better in greased and floured bundt or 10" tube pan.
Sprinkle with half the pecan mixture.
Add remaining batter, then top with remaining mixture.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
Let stand in pan on rack 15 minutes, then turn out on rack and cool 15 minutes longer.
Put on serving plate and drizzle with frosting.
For Frosting
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
