This is a recipe for making rich and savory lasagna rolls. This recipe contains 4 to 8 servings.
Special Instructions: If the Ragu alla Bolognese is frozen, then remove it from the freeze and thaw it in the fridge over night. Reheat to a rolling boil on the stove top for 5 minutes, or until heated.
Step 1: Preheat the over to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Stir together the first 4 ingredients. These would be the spinach, ricotta cheese, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Spread the mixture over the lasagna noodles.
Step 3: Roll up the noodles. Place them in a lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish, with the seam side facing down.
Step 4: Top with Ragu sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5: Bake the dish, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
