Easy, low calorie soup.
In a large soup pot or Dutch oven, soften the onions in the oil. When softened, add the garlic and ground turkey. Sprinkle the turkey with Everyday seasoning or salt & pepper and cook until lightly browned.
Add the vegetables and beans and then cover with the chicken broth and water. Stir in the herbs and let simmer for an hour or so. For a brighter green presentation, add the peas right before serving.
