In small saucepan combine beans, cumin, butter, and shredded cheese. Cook till warmed through. Microwave tortillas 20 seconds or till softened and pliable. Heat thin layer of oil in large skillet. Place large spoonful bean mixture on tortilla. Roll it up. Place tortilla rolled end down in hot oil. Fry on both sides until lightly browned. Remove to paper toweling. Top as desired. Serve with Spanish rice.
