A healthy recipe created by Cassey Ho, blogilates instructor.
**Preheat oven for 350 degrees
1. Place 1 cup of cauliflower (or 1/3 of cauliflower head) in a blender or food processor to finely mince the cauliflower for the crust.
2. Place minced cauliflower in microwave for 8 minutes allowing it to steam.
3. While the cauliflower is in the microwave, grate the mozzarella (or skip this part if if using pre-shredded cheese) and chop you favorite pizza toppings.
4. Add 1 cup of mozzarella to the cauliflower and 1 egg.
5. Mix the dough, grease the pizza, and add the dough to pan spreading it out with a spoon of fork.
6.Place the dough in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes (start cleaning dishes while you wait).
7. First add pizza sauce, then the rest of the cheese (add more if you like), and toppings.
8. Bake pizza again for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Let pizza cool slightly before serving.
When making the dough, it will be best to bake it for 15 minutes so it will crisp before adding the sauce.
Add any other seasoning or vegetables for the perfect pizza (I forgot to add Italian seasonings but it still tasted great).
depending of the type of pan or the actual amount of cauliflower you use, the serving size might differ.
