In a pan, whisk first 5 ingredients. Heat until warmed through. Remove from heat. In a skillet, heat oil. Add eggs, stir until eggs are almost set, spread eggs over skillet. *Place green onions, 1/3 cup cream cheese mixture and salmon over half the omelet. When bottom is set, fold omelet over. Slide onto a plate. SERVE with remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with dill & ENJOY
