1. Combine together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Make a well in the center and add milk, butter slightly cooled, vanilla and egg.
2. Use large wire whisk to slowly mix together until smooth. Its ok to have some lumps. Don't overmix !!
