A flat oven baked Italian bread similar to pizza dough.

Mix yeast in warm water with 1 tsp sugar. Set aside till foamy.
Mix flour, 2 tbls sugar and salt.
Add yeast to flour mixture, along with olive oil and mix in mixer using a dough hook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Place dough in a covered bowl and brush olive like over dough. Cover and let rise till,double in size.
Add a couple tbls of olive oil in two 9 inch pie pans. Set aside.
Once dough has risen, deflate it and divide dough in half. Flatten dough in both pie plates, turning dough over to get oil on both sides. Cover with Saran warp and let rise until doubled in size again.
Top with thin slice of garlic, rosemary, pepper and sea salt.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
