Bread or Pizza Dough. Also good with mozzarella cheese in the center
Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth. Coat clean bowl with olive oil and place kneaded dough in bowl. Cover. Let rise at least 30 minutes.
Spread oil on cookie sheet. Flatted dough to 1/2 inch on cookie sheet. Drizzle top with oil or wit mozzerella cheese, or top with pizza toppings.
Bake 450 for 15 minutes.
