Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
Pat the chicken dry and place each piece on a separate piece of foil; turn up the edges to form a little bowl for the meat.
Whisk all the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Divide the sauce evenly and pour over the chicken. Seal the foil packets tightly and place in a pan.
Bake the chicken at 500 degrees F for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 60 more minutes.
