2. Sift the 5 cups of powdered sugar, Meringue powder and salt in a bowl- make a hollow in the center
3. Sift the 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar in a separate bowl
4. Set up all other ingredients
5. In the bowl of Bano de Maria add the cream and sprinkle the gelatin and mix. let sit for 2 minutes
6. In the Bano de Maria dissolved the gelatin once dissolved stir in the corn syrup, glycerin and vanilla and combine well
7. add liquid ingredients on the 5 cups hollow center. Start mixing from center outwards
8. Make sure you get all the sugar mixed well and incorporated before you add any more powdered sugar
9. spray and with pam and knead the rest of the powdered sugar- into desire consistency- not to dry- you might not use all the powdered sugar
10. Divide into two or four portions and place each in zip-lock bag and seal well
11. Leave in fridge overnight to rest
