Suggest a better descriptionPrepare spread in a small bowl. Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lime juice. Stir to blend. Brush vegetables with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables on a medium-hot barbeque. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until grill marks appear. Flip over and grill an additional 2 minutes. Lay out flour tortillas, and spread on the mayonnaise mixture. Place lettuce on tortilla, top with cheese and vegetables off the grill. Wrap as you would a burrito. Serves 2.
