Saute For About 5 Minutes , Some Flour May Remain But Will Cook Out, Do Not Let The Flour Burn
Add Your Stock Or Broth , A Cup First , Mix To Combine , Then Add The Rest
Turn Up Heat To Bring To A Simmer , Add Pepper to Taste and Herbs If Desired
Turn Heat Down To Medium-Low and Simmer For 30 Minutes.
Remove Pools Of Fat With Your Ladle and Discard.
