These cookies are great to make after baking something else in the oven. They will peel right off the foil the next day. No need to refrigerate---store like regular cookies.
Preheat oven about 40 minutes @ 350*
Beat eggs and salt until very stiff.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Fold in walnuts and chips.
Drop by spoonful onto FOIL COVERED cookie sheets.
TURN OFF OVEN!!!!!!!!
Place cookies in oven; leave overnight.
Makes 46 cookies.
