This is quick, easy, and the whole family absolutely loves it!!! Kids beg me to make it constantly!
In large pot, stir melted butter into the cooked macaroni.
In large bowl, combine all the cheeses; mix well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add the half and half, all but approx. 1 c. of the cheese mixture, dry mustard, and eggs to macaroni; mix together and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a lightly greased deep 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese mixture and 1 tbsp. butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 min. or until hot and bubbling around the edges.
Works well with any blend of cheeses you like. Be creative!
