Suggest a better descriptionHave all cheeses at room temperature. Line pie plate with plastic wrap. Combine first three ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread into pie plate. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. *** Combine remaining ingredients including the rind of camembert and beat until smooth. Spread over pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and chill up to one week. To serve, invert onto serving plate. *** I combine all ingredients with the exception of the pecans. Using a tall sided, plastic lined pan, I sprinkle the pecans over the plastic wrap. Top with cheese mixture and chill. Invert onto serving plate...peel off plastic wrap and serve with crackers, bagel chips or pita chips. ** Other cheeses can be substituted for the swiss cheese.
