Delicious combo of steak and pasta
In a skillet, add 2 Tbs butter and sear steak to rare/medium rare. Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, add 1 Tbs butter, 3 cloves of minced garlic and 4 tbs of flour to form a roux.
Add a pinch of salt and 2 cups of milk, stirring until thickened. Add 1/2 cup of cream cheese.
Once melted add black pepper to taste and the rest of the cheeses.
Stir until melted and well mixed.
Return steak to skillet.
Add 14 ounces of cooked mini shell pasta. Stir well.
Add fresh chopped parsley if desired. and enjoy!
