Suggest a better descriptionMix sugar, salt, milk, evaporated milk and cream in a one gallon container of ice cream maker. Freeze according to makers direction to the soft stage. Remove top; add crushed fruits and fruit juices; add grated rind, if desired. Finish freezing until firm. Remove the dasher and pack container; drain off water and repack with ice.
