Suggest a better descriptionCut up citrus very fine, cover with water overnight (use boiling water and a sprinkle of salt). Next morning, drain off water and wash with cold water Have apples cut up very fine, add to other fruit. Add 10 cups of cold water. put to boil until soft then add 10 cups of sugar and boil quickly until it jells. From Mabel Muddle.
